11x14 oil on gessoboard panel "The Park in Winter"

This is probably the last of the warm weather for a while.
I stayed close to home today. This lake is at Durant Nature Park.

12x16 oil on canvas panel "Morning Light"

I saw these building from the highway and worked my way back to them. I liked how the shadows laid down in the field and pointed in their direction.

8x10 oil on gessoboard panel "Warm Winter"

We set a record yesterday. It was around 80 degrees. This is the second one of the day.

9x12 oil on canvas panel "Tool Crib"

I had to get out yesterday and try my new Openbox M palette/panel holder.
It's as good as I thought it would be. Lots of room for mixing colors.

6x12 oil on canvas panel "Out-buildings"

It's been cloudy and cold outside. I've been looking through my photos to try and find something to paint that would warm me up. I found a picture that I thought would work best with a wide format.

12x16 oil on canvas panel "House on Trenton Road"
I like the light in this one.

8x10 oil on canvas panel "Hay Bales II"
I was back at the hay bale fields the other day. The bales are being gathered-up so I have to paint them quickly before they are gone.
