very interesting painting,it all works...just thought it could do with something in the barn,profile of a cow or horse perhaps?
Hi Rob,
This was an experiment. I mixed the dark, mid, and light colors for the interior of the barn before I started. That seemed to work. Maybe I'll take the next one a little further. See you on WC.
I like it empty. Makes for lots of wondering. Like, where are the animals? What kind of animals does the barn house? Are they in the pasture? Oh, wait, you're getting this perspective from an architect, who is simply pleased with the shape and form of the structure and the way the light pulls your eye alllll the way to the back. We're looking through an opening through another opening. It's that geometry that gets me everytime. I very much like. No need to go further.
